位置比較好找，停車場太小了，入口真是不好錯車。房間還比較寬敞，有側面江景，乾淨整潔衞生可以，服務員熱情周到，早餐也可以的。距離夜市不遠，夜市上賣的食物太奇特了。

我原本下的訂單是8月21入住，8月23 離店（兩晚）的，在8月21日下午六點多，在攜程app上修改了訂單，修改為8月22日離店（即取消了第二晚的房間），操作成功 。在同一晚上十一點多又因租車期改不了所以按原計劃留到23號離店 ，並在收到確認訊息後用房間內線電話致電酒店前台以上操作，並要求原房續住，前台回覆原房續住無問題，但未查到我的新訂單，我隨告知前台查到訂單後幫忙原房續住操作，前店回覆無問題，以為事情就這樣完成了 。不料到8月23日晚凌晨4點43分，電話響了，看到是廣西的電話，以為是有什麼特別緊急事情，所以接聽了 。原來是前台打來，問我訂了22號的房間，還來入住嗎？ 我説我在房間了，問我在哪個房間之類的 ，一番解説後，另一位員工接了電話，終於説明白了 。這一通電話，反映了很多問題，真的需要凌晨四點多打電話問人還來入住嗎？ 我一直在房間裏，我新訂單沒入住，那麼我舊訂房都沒有辦沒退房，酒店不知的嗎？ 凌晨四點多，是正常人類熟睡的時段，我人在廣西，看見有廣西深夜的電話來電，以為是有什麼緊急的事情所以接聽，聽了以後心裏很氣，但是又想保持心境平靜再次入睡，但根本不能 。前台説送我早餐和延遲退房，有用嗎？彌補到嗎？早上又要趕火車，睡不好，整個人在崩潰狀態，用盡了畢生的修養，竟然忍住了，沒罵她！

酒店整體來説本來可以做的更好，工作人員都比較熱情，景觀也很不錯的，年三十還給客户送了湯圓很意外，有被暖到，感謝酒店的暖心服務，但是由於可能是客户可以在房間內抽煙，導致入住的時候能聞到酒店殘存的那種煙味兒，就有種進到網吧的感覺，建議酒店還是別讓客户在酒店房間內抽煙！

優點：風景好。
缺點如下
1、小朋友的早餐無贈送，1.2米以下都要收費。不仔細看訂單下的政策根本不知道。
2、房間布草磨損嚴重，枕頭套背面都漏洞了，浴巾的邊邊都能拉絲了（忘記拍浴巾了）。房間一次性拖鞋穿走路沒一會發現會起毛，説我腳底死皮重我也認，但是出來住那麼多酒店，沒有住到過布草那麼差的情況過。布草該報廢處理就處理了，或者縫個花，拉絲破洞……真的很難接受
3、在淋浴間洗澡，水會從馬桶那邊的地漏返上來，很無語。淋浴間瓷磚縫發黴，沒有處理，看起來很拉檔檔次。
4、細節衞生很差。需加強培訓。
5、凌晨5點過被走廊外面的消防警報聲吵醒，等了幾分鐘還是響。打電話給前台才有人來處理。
