感覺前台人員服務意識較差，心態也一般！總覺得將好的房型安排給住客住了之後覺得會很虧，本人在前台辦理入住的時候，一直強調由於長途跋涉舟車勞頓，讓他們儘量安排一間靠裡麪一點，減少人員走動帶來的噪音干擾少的房型入住比較安靜，這樣有利於睡眠！它們當耳邊風，嘴裏説沒問題，卻偏偏安排問題房型或者剛好出電梯口，再三要求下才勉強換了臨近旁邊一間，沒想到睡到半夜十二點多發現也是屬於問題房型，牆上隔音板有馬達聲在抖動根本睡不着，實在沒辦法打電話給前台安排工程人員上來，親自檢驗過都覺得無法正常入住，然後工程人員自己才提出幫我跟前台説一下答應更換一間！

位置：打車，外賣非常方便，但似乎不是走路就能餐廳的方便
房型：高雙很不錯，寬敞舒適，配備齊全
由於趕車沒有機會品嚐早餐
需要注意：動車站接送僅限於9點到下午4點，提示不夠醒目，本來是因為這個服務才定的酒店，最後都沒能使用
據説旁邊有山姆，可惜行程太敢，沒來得及逛

這個酒店強烈推薦給到南寧的朋友們，這是我們本次廣西之行性價比最高的酒店，不到300元，超級大床房，衞生間除了不是智能馬桶其他細節都到位，還有的都有，交通便利離東站很近，晚上還去山姆消費了一通，滿載而歸，回去舒服的洗了熱水澡，前台多給了一個孩子的早餐券，早餐也很豐富，總之非常滿意，給春節廣西之行畫上了完美的句號。唯一不足的就是辦理入住等了好久，原因是春節客滿服務人員打掃不過來，可以理解，但是入住後的滿意完全抵消了這點小問題！

這次到南寧公務，在攜程上選擇了很久，最終選定了維納斯皇家酒店（南寧高鐵東站山姆會員店），總體而言比較滿意。我從兩個方面闡述入住體驗。首先，論述該酒店做的好的地方：1位置優越、交通便利：酒店緊鄰南寧東站和地鐵1號線佛子嶺站C口，出行便利。2獨棟高層、氣勢磅礴：酒店與南寧市國資委同樓，與南寧軌道交通控制中心毗鄰，房間在16-22層，具有登高望遠的優勢。3服務意識強：酒店前台、房間保潔人員、餐廳工作人員等都具有良好的工作態度，值得點贊，且早餐時間到10點，非常人性化。4房間面積大、床大、房間特別暖和好似開了地暖，利於怕冷的外地客人。然而，酒店還有以下不足：1.客房衞生間洗手枱的水量過大，用水時極易弄濕衣服，建議調整一下；2.酒店在明顯位置不斷推介“奔馳商務車免費接送站”，作為一種吸睛促銷的亮點，本該令人稱讚，但在實際操作中各種受限，比如衹能10點-16點期間才接，比如衹能週一至週四才接。請問10點-16點公共交通非常方便，為何不貫徹“以客為中心”的發展理念，改為早晚接送，尤其是公共交通停運後接送呢？酒店是服務行業，為何要設定週一至週四才接送呢？如果有如此考慮，乾脆不要打出這個所謂的賣點以吸引眼球。3.酒店裝修與設施設備有些陳舊，建議適當換新或重裝，否則不匹配330元左右的房價。4.早餐品種少了一些，建議適當增加。
