The hotel was clean. Our room had a little cigarette smell although we booked a non-smoking room. The shower was weak, and the tv remote was not working.

Bad customer service provided especially front desk didn’t show their professionalism. As a hotel guests I am not feeling well with front desk service for all 3 staffs

Checking and checkout was good. The location is good as it’s near Nanning station and other subway lines.
Huge issue was the room was not clean at all. They did the bare minimum of taking out the trash and replacing the toilet paper. There was no signs of deep cleaning at all as the carpets were dirty and the bathroom had mold growing. I asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room instead. Overall, the stay was fine but the cleanliness and the room type (smoking vs. non-smoking) was a huge issue.

everything about the hotel was excellent ,the room was fantastic, a nice touch being the inclusion of bottled water which was replenished daily, yjr house keeping staff were great as were the reception staff, nicely located close to the metro and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. i have stayed in nanning on many occasions but this was my first time in this hotel, do i or would i syay here again, that is a definite yes .thank you for everything,
