Crowne Plaza Nanning will always be my first choice whenever I return to this beautiful city. From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff at the lobby went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel truly valued. Our room was spacious and comfortable — it felt just like home. What touched me most were the thoughtful, handwritten notes from our housekeeper, a personal touch that added warmth to our stay. It was a really good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Amenities were provided and services were great too. Location is great and beside malls and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Nanning.

Very nice hotel. Nice swimming pool and very good buffet breakfast. Located in the business center and very near to the biggest shopping mall and just in front of a nice street food. Very recommended

I love the location however there are some things that can be improved. This was my third time staying.
1. More customer service training for the cooks at the breakfast buffet stations. It can be tiring standing and coping with massive crowds at time and dealing with some customers may lead the staff losing cool.
2. Missing lock at toilet on level 17 near the cafe.
3. The light switches in room can be improved.

The team: Friendly and very responsive. Everybody
Reception, room service, restaurant. The location is very convenient. There is an Underground Station almost in front of the hotel. One minute walking. Close by is the huge MIXC shopping centre. Or leave the hotel turn right and the next street right. You find a plethora of shops, restaurants and some music bars. And an IMAX theatre. Room: We had a great view, the room and the bathroom offered quite some space. We also liked the the Roboter, which brought you drinks and food. Last but not least the restaurants are worth mentioning,: We enjoyed the Dim Sum a lot and one evening we had dinner at the main restaurant with local friends. It had its price but it was amazing! Almost impossible to beat!
