Hanting Hotel (Nanning Chaoyang Plaza Store)

The front desk service attitude is very average! When checking in, there were three front desks. One was very annoying, and the other two were chatting nearby and started swearing in front of customers. It was quite unexpected... I was on a business trip nearby, so I chose the nearest Hanting. I have stayed there many times. Hanting Hotel in the city, so I generally prefer Hanting Hotel when traveling on business. However, this is the first time I encounter a chain hotel with this kind of service attitude. It shouldn’t be like this. Maybe it is an old hotel that doesn’t pay much attention to training in this area. I hope it can be improved! Moreover, after staying for three days, the faucets in the bathroom were broken and sprayed water everywhere. I contacted the front desk and found no repair. The location is very close to the old community and the surrounding area is very shabby. It may not be safe if you come alone. The only good thing is the auntie in the laundry room who is very considerate. The few stars for helping dry clothes are for my aunt.

這次入住最讓我感動的是客房阿姨的服務不僅每天把房間打掃得一塵不染，還主動幫我疊好了散落的衣服，整整齊齊地放在行李架上，連襪子都配對摺好😭 ！發現我感冒了，還多放了兩瓶水在床頭，並寫了手寫便條提醒我注意休息……這種細節真的讓人心裏暖暖的～ 真心感謝阿姐的用心，讓旅途疲憊瞬間被治癒！

早上出門時，前台小姐姐甜甜地笑着對我説“早上好呀！”，那温暖的笑容和充滿活力的問候，像一縷陽光瞬間點亮了整個大堂！讓人不自覺地跟着嘴角上揚，連腳步都變得輕快起來～

房間很乾凈 這幾天我和朋友生病了 在酒店休息了三天 服務人員也很大滿足了我們的需求 給了我們體温計還有及時補充要喝的水 酒店可能有點偏僻但是地理位置還是好的 附近兩百米有醫院 一百米有公交站 去朝陽廣場很方便 唯一不足的地方可能就是酒店香薰太濃了 可以換淡香薰 對味道敏感的人來説 問多了頭暈

吃了就睡的日子！還可以洗衣服！…這兒太好了……環境衞生這麼好我覺得我不配！…我覺得我適合住在豬圈裡！…ᥬ😂᭄
