Longmen Shuidu Yangxin Valley Hot Spring Hotel

The scenic area is very large and the environment is suitable for traveling. The hotel upgraded the room to a deluxe room for free and gave a sightseeing bus ticket. The fee included the hot spring ticket, which was OK. The breakfast was also rich and tasted good. The only problem was that the TV screen had a problem. The water from the bathtub was yellow, which might be related to the special water quality in the scenic area. The room had good sound insulation and I slept very quietly. It would be perfect if there was a parent-child package, but there would be an additional charge for traveling with children.

The room is spacious and odorless, and the price is really affordable during the National Day holiday. I didn't give it a full five-star rating because the scenic spot is really average. I don't recommend staying here just to visit the scenic spot.

I don't mind if there are many people staying. The water from the faucet on the sink is dirty in this era. There is only one vegetable for breakfast in the morning, and the bread is not hot enough. The front desk service for breakfast is poor. I checked out in the morning and found that I didn't get it back in the evening. No one answered the phone for a long time. The environment is very good, but the service discourages me to check out.

When I first checked in, I found that there was dust on the table in one room. Maybe I couldn't hold it in for a long time, so I contacted the front desk to change it. Three rooms were upgraded to business rooms for free. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Four hot spring tickets were given for staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, I came at the wrong time because the water park was not open.

The room decoration is relatively old, the scenic area environment is better

I have never stayed in such a rubbish five star hotel. The air conditioner only has hot air and no air conditioning. If you turn on the warm air for a while, the room will feel stuffy and moldy. I asked the hotel front desk and they were told: Our hotel is like this. Only warm air. The mattress smelled musty and felt damp to the touch. I went downstairs to ask for a different pillow and said there was no one. The room lights can be turned on and off with one button. The bathroom lights are timed and will turn off automatically after 5 minutes. There are only two modes of bath water, extremely cold and extremely hot. The hair dryer only has cold air, and it takes 20 minutes for a man to blow his hair (his hair was cut the day before Chinese New Year)
