環境舒適，衞生乾淨整潔。
服務：沒到位（就是客人住宿包含早餐，前台沒有提供訊息給餐廳，客人已提醒，第二天還是沒名單，第三天有名單但要客人報姓名。望改整）。酒店離：南寧高鐵站近，三街兩巷（對面邕江可以坐遊船\週六日還有打鐵火表演看、聽歌）\青秀山、相思小鎮、亭子碼頭、廣西博物館、民族廣場、人民公園都比較近。

220的價錢就不應該奢望住四星酒店。總體感覺很失望。
房間雖重新裝修過，但和四星酒店的感覺還是有些距離，電視隔十多年就花屏一次，新的護眼模式？但乾淨衞生還是很不錯。
環境很安靜，但是真住不慣，酒店大堂辦手續出來，沒有指示牌，估摸着穿過停車場再下個台階才進入2號樓，特別到晚上，怎麼感覺陰深恐怖。
環境安靜，可是房間不隔音啊，小孩説話大聲些，一層樓都能聽見。
最後服務，一星都不想給，剛入住，長者不知道怎麼調空調，打電話到前台反饋，然後又找我來看看，我正調試着，來了一個客服人員問是不是空調有問題，我説弄好了，客服人員就很不客氣的回答：“弄好也不打電話到前台説”，嘿，一點都不客氣哦，轉身就走。讓我感覺是氣人的四星標準吧？
是我評價字最多的一次吧，不是為了客觀，全部半星。

酒店是在南寧市中心的位置，屬於鬧中取靜的地方，非常舒服的一個地方，環境非常的好，睡覺非常安靜。酒店的基礎設施維護不是很好，道路這些都比較破舊了，植物的管理也沒有很好，當然這些都是需要花很多錢去重新修善，但作為一個老牌國營酒店既然沒有倒閉為什麼不經營的更好呢？

衹能説老牌的四星酒店對的起這個價格，性價比很高，但是我住的一號樓二層房間，空調聲有點像拖拉機啊。搞得我第二天趕緊換到二號樓，其它都挺好，園區挺大，吃飯也挺方便，早餐沒來得及品嚐，不知道好不好，其他都挺滿意。

1號樓和2號樓都住了，1號樓就已經非常舒適了，2號樓還更好一些。飯店裡麪很大，像大觀園似的，飯店裡的游泳池每天可以去免費遊一次，也會有附近的居民來游泳。如果下次到南寧，我還會選擇這裏。

區別於快捷酒店，老牌飯店就是環境好，安靜，不臨街沒有汽車喇叭聲，外圍雖然有裝修圍擋的部分，不影響入住。因為下雨，很遺憾沒有體驗到游泳池，但5號樓的早茶還是不錯的，可以團購買單也可以直接打折買單。總體非常推薦。

性價比較高，泳池很好玩，有一個小童小泳池和一個由淺到深的大泳池；酒店面積大，有很多棟樓，其中5號樓是“南寧會議”舉辦地，還有餐飲，小花園；
缺點：衞浴設施比較陳舊，可以翻新一下；

酒店整體來説還是很滿意的，真不愧是老牌4星酒店，房間乾淨，有室外游泳池（憑房卡免費），網球場等，酒店早茶味道不錯哦，關節是還可以**購買，三個人吃得飽飽的才98元！出行網約車也非常方便，隨叫隨到，價格也便宜。
特別的是，這裡是廣西最早的國賓館，目前部分樓還在建設升級中，期待（*^o^*）!!以後來南寧還是會選擇住這裏！！
