Clean and nice room. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice in terms of food variety. Robot use for delivery. Lack of human touch. Only limited to 4 small bottles of water daily. They told me it would be charge had I ask for more. I stay in a double bed room meant for 4 pax. Should be more relaxed on request for additional drinking water. It doesn’t cost much.

Everything is good except one of the manager’s attitude and body language really sucks👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮.
He is full of himself and behave as if he is the hotel owner😂😂LOL
We will stay clear from booking this hotel as long as he is working here❌❌❌

Fabulous hotel. Only issue is the distance from the airport and a bit hars to get a car in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Beds were soft and comfortable. Staff was great and helpful, lots of nice touches. Would stay again.

It’s about 10km from downtown, approx 30 min taxi ride. We chose it cuz it was a stopover and close to the airport.
The room smelled like funky feet and stale cigarette smoke, and we complained and immediately got switched to another room, which was better but still little smelly.
But staff is really well trained, polite and friendly! Overachieving to please.
Breakfast was pretty good, great variety and selection, quality was okay. But super value for price. The polite staff is their redeeming quality in my opinion.
