1. When checking in for the first time, the front desk did not synchronize the room card with the executive corridor service, which resulted in not being able to reach the 17th floor. I went downstairs to the front desk to get a room card again. The front desk service was not detailed enough. 2. The landline in the room did not clearly inform how to use the phone to call the front desk. Some lights were faulty. The spotlight on the top of the bed in the room could not be turned off. Either the main power was turned off, or only the spotlight could not be turned off. 3. The room at the end of the corridor was facing the corridor, which was dim. The robot came to the door for service in the middle of the night, which was extremely scary. The robot's eye screen was bright, and the corridor behind it was dim. It was really a bit scary. 4. The breakfast buffet environment and service were average, and there were few service staff. 5.
