I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First of all, I want to commend their service attitude, every staff member is very friendly and professional. They are always willing to help, whether answering questions or providing assistance, making people feel warm and comfortable. The room was also very satisfactory. The sheets are clean and the beds are comfortable, making you feel the warmth of home as soon as you enter the door. The bathroom supplies were also of very good quality and the shower was very refreshing. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi, which allows me to stay connected with the outside world at any time. In addition, the hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the city center, and there are many restaurants and small shops around it, making it convenient for us to replenish supplies at any time during the trip. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. If I come here again next time, I will choose this hotel again. 9

We had a Business Executive room which was very large with a view of the Yong Jiang river. There was a King bed, 4 waters daily, fridge, 2 sofas, desk, TV, nightstands, good size bathroom with 2 showers and one tub. The TV only had one English station CGTN. The hotel is close to the river walk. The breakfast was excellent, however almost the same every day. Also, it was extremely busy between 7:30 - 9 AM. Housekeeping was excellent. This hotel is not good for English speaking visitors, only chinese speaking. They seem to cater to groups coming for meetings. My wife speaks chinese, otherwise it would be impossible to communicate with the hotel staff. The location is not great, not any good restaurants close. We were there in April and it was 90 degrees and the pool was CLOSED until May, this was very disappointing.

My family came to Guangxi and stayed at the Wanda Vista Nanning R&F Hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and luxurious, and the view is broad. I would like to express my special thanks to Xiao Yan from the lounge. He very enthusiastically introduced me to many fun and delicious tourist attractions in Nanning. The service was also warm and thoughtful. I personally think Very satisfied. If I come to Guangxi again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

The facilities are very complete. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, a gym, and a small sky garden. I arrived at the hotel relatively early on the day of check-in. I was very tired after driving all the way. The front desk quickly checked me in and told me to have a good rest. I really had a good rest. It was almost dark when I woke up. I went to Pingxi Night Market not far from the hotel at night. It was very lively. The location of the hotel is good and it is convenient to go anywhere. There is also a subway station Line 2 near the hotel. In general, it is a relatively unique geographical location. It was just because I came to Nanning on a business trip and didn’t have a good look around. I will come again next time. I am a Hilton member, but it seems that I can’t earn points when booking through Ctrip. Friends who need points can change to another platform to book.

The team: Friendly and very responsive. Everybody Reception, room service, restaurant. The location is very convenient. There is an Underground Station almost in front of the hotel. One minute walking. Close by is the huge MIXC shopping centre. Or leave the hotel turn right and the next street right. You find a plethora of shops, restaurants and some music bars. And an IMAX theatre. Room: We had a great view, the room and the bathroom offered quite some space. We also liked the the Roboter, which brought you drinks and food. Last but not least the restaurants are worth mentioning,: We enjoyed the Dim Sum a lot and one evening we had dinner at the main restaurant with local friends. It had its price but it was amazing! Almost impossible to beat!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Particularly regarding the hotel’s facilities and cleanliness. Several issues that affected my comfort: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of my room and certain common areas was below acceptable standards. The room appeared unclean and the bathroom facilities were not thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast are lesser comparing to my stay last year I believe the room would need some renovation and touchup work.
