入住都挺好的，唯一不足就是一進門沙發地板都是頭髮，床單也是破的，有潔癖的我不能接納，服務態度還不錯

酒店前台沒有服務意識態度差勁 跟前台反饋馬桶上有點臟 叫我自己去找阿姨 看房間的時候也是叫我自己去找阿姨 請問什麼都需要自己的話那需要前台幹什麼？ 床上用品一股煙臭味嚴重懷疑衞生問題 薰了一晚 最後我的房間退房時間是兩點前 因為頭一天前台自己沒聽清楚我電話號碼寫錯了 就叫阿姨來敲門詢問是否續住問題 我説沒有續住 當時13:20分説退房時間到了 前台説要我在13.30分前退房 15:00的車13.20被叫出來 對我一個勁的抱歉説阿姨理解錯了意思 大熱天的在外面臨時買車票 説最後給我補償三十元還要我給三星不需要評價 不好意思 不差這三十元 留着給前台吧

很滿意，酒店處處體現細節。比如wifi貼在電視櫃上非常醒目，省得到處找。比如空調安在陽台位置，避免睡覺直吹。比如空調下放移動晾衣架，掛濕衣服。比如選用桶裝水，泡茶更好喝，關鍵前台美眉很有笑臉還送茶葉。前台也很好，看到我們有笑臉，熱情，起立問好，作為沒有評星的酒店能做到這樣已經是非常不錯的。

地理位置不錯，周邊吃飯方便。離四鶴步行街也就100米。房間有智能設備控制。訂的房間靠馬路，晚上會比較吵，有配備了耳塞。沒有一次性拖鞋，希望可以配上，防止拖鞋傳染腳氣。浴室沒有防滑墊。最不滿意的是空調根本不製冷，晚上睡的滿身汗。

有一説一環境真的炒雞差，我訂的200多的那個，房間根本沒有20平，並且窗户很小，一推門進去一股子的黴味，呼吸都要停止了，總之空氣質量超級差，房間很小窗户很小，不推薦。
另外説是包含兩份早餐，等你拿到就知道多驚喜了……🥹🥹

房間有做一客一換，地板乾淨無異味，浴室有做乾濕分離，電動馬桶，電動窗簾。空調是中央空調運行有細小聲音。夜間臨街不吵鬧，房間隔音好。網紅的四鶴步行街情報有錯誤，真的步行街在四鶴巷，酒店離四鶴巷400米路程，出來左走看到九峯公園。

酒店位置不錯，挺熱鬧，開車導航過去很好找，門口有停車位，還有一個地下停車場，晚上可以停過去，也不收費，前台小美女服務很好，馬上遞上熱茶。客房在二樓，沒電梯，房間挺大，衞生不錯，總體還可以的。
