衞生和服務都還可以，就是設施有點老了，浴室花灑出水不均勻。停車場比較小，停車位少，停進去很需要技術，不然容易剮蹭到😢。

離步行街近出行方便，房間挺大的，有一次性的沐浴露洗髮水，兩瓶礦泉水，一次性用具很齊全，有兩個墊的枕頭

剛進房間打開被子就發現毛髮和臟污咱們這邊立馬聯繫了客房部阿姨，負責人也及時聯繫了當班的阿姨對不潔物品進行了馬上更換。攜程這邊也積極配合處理了顧客投訴！整體來看酒店方和平台方處理的都不錯！

最開始訂的是大床房，辦理入住後，一進房間就有一股特別的刺鼻的臭味撲來，被子上也好多小黑蟲。（前台安排保潔人員來看，保潔員也説特別臭）到前台説明情況，希望能換個房間，後面説沒有同型號的房，要麼繼續住那個房間，要麼加錢升房。後來加錢換了個雙人床，被套也是破洞，衞生間的煙頭也沒清掃乾淨。我們是住2晚，第二天早晨清潔人員有給我們整理過房間，那個煙頭依舊在。
