I stayed here once 3 years ago and I thought it was the most cost-effective hotel in Yanping. But now it’s really no longer possible. If the faucet is broken, it will not be repaired, and if the wall is damaged, it will not be maintained. I communicated with the hotel where I checked in at 4 o'clock in the morning to extend the check-out time without affecting the check-in of other guests. The hotel refused straight away and called me at 11 o'clock in the morning, which was super frustrating. Of course, we have something to say, the breakfast is quite good, the lady who makes breakfast is also very nice, and the security uncle at the front desk is also a good person!

The breakfast is rich and fresh, the wontons are delicious, the soy milk is freshly ground, and fresh milk is also available. The lighting in the room is soft and most importantly, the ramp facilities for the disabled are well-equipped, seamlessly connecting both the hotel entrance and the restaurant. The food delivery robot🤖 is very smart and durable. A cup of Costa will make your leisurely day enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel service staff are very good and hospitable. There are small restaurants nearby and the fish fillet soup is delicious. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Nanping!

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended. The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour. The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

The proprietress was very enthusiastic. She came out to play alone and came back. She soaked in the lobby every day to drink tea with the proprietress. JJDFI have traveled all over the world and Shiyanli B&B is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a higher floor upon arrival. The view from the window was the majestic Dawang Peak. All the furnishings were modern and high quality. Fruit and Da Hong Pao tea was provided in the room as well. The other side of the experience was the tea room. The owner's family runs a local tea shop and said their tea comes from within the Wuyishan protected region. The region is known for Wuyi Rock Tea. There were a few options to try and the tea was extremely good. We purchase several boxes to take home to share with friends and family. It is a little bit difficult to get by without some mandarin Chinese knowledge, like everywhere else in China, but I wouldn't let this deter you from staying here. The staff here were the most helpful and kind.

GGuest UserGreat location in terms of getting to the Wuyishan national park via the free public bus. Breakfast was good and there's a lot of snacks provided. We had a free tea/snack tasting session when we checked in, which was a nice touch (but they will also try to sell the tea/snacks to you). The lady who was in charge of the building was really attentive and helpful, and even arranged a good taxi for the transfer to the train station. Appreciated the free room upgrade they gave us as well. Lastly there was a mahjong room in our building which was fun (for those who play!) Overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Wuyishan.

My friend couldn’t resist the enthusiasm of the tricycle master and dragged me to a tea factory in Lantang by tricycle. When we returned, we chose to walk, and suddenly found a The courtyard is very distinctive, so I walked over to it. When I walked to the door, I found that the layout inside was very tall and I was a little afraid to enter the door. After all, our grassroots spending power is still limited, but I still couldn’t resist my inner curiosity and finally summoned up my courage. When I walked in, the proprietress was not there and there was only one waiter working. I asked the waiter for the proprietress’s WeChat account. After adding it successfully, I chatted a few words occasionally. I felt that the person was okay. Since then, I have come to Wuyishan and here has become my home in Wuyishan. . Wuyi Mountain is even more beautiful with beautiful mountains and rivers!

SsingingcarolsThe location was great. Close to dining and the buses to Wuyi Park. Go behind and you get great views of the river, bridge and the mountains. The staff were nice and were very informative even if they can't speak English. They gave us a ton of free welcome and departure gifts! Our room faced the street but couldn't hear any street noise - they provided ear plugs just in case. Very nice and comfy with working Aircon and best of all free laundry and dryer!! They even have free laundry detergent. Free dessert soup at night. Definitely recommend!

GGuest UserIt was like a lone monk who had strayed into a quiet and peaceful place and accidentally booked a stay at a villa. The courtyard is unique, with a fresh, literary and elegant feel. The boss is a senior tea connoisseur and very hospitable. We had tea together twice during our one-night stay. The owner personally brewed the fine tea from his collection and told us stories about tea. We drank through the ancient stories and tasted the tea over thousands of miles of fields. It is exactly: the interest of people, the fragrance of tea and the tranquility of the courtyard, it is a perfect place to rest.
