The service was incredible, super accessible and attentive. We were surprised when we got to the room and saw all the amenities we had. The heater was without a doubt the best of them all, to face the cold that was felt outside. In terms of location it is great, because we can reach the center of Nantes both on foot and by transport on the street behind.

The room is nice and very convenient, but there is no 24-hour front desk. Friends who arrive at night can directly open the safe with the key. If you cannot check in smoothly, you can directly contact Ctrip customer service

The value for money was very good! It was very tidy and the heating worked well so it wasn't cold. But the bathroom door was broken and I couldn't close it. It was a trip with friends, so it wasn't a big problem. Hot water came out well, and there were cooking facilities, so I was able to cook and eat! I also enjoyed the tea bags provided by the hotel :)
It was very clean, very warm, and you can cook there. It was a perfect hotel for the cheap price. But the bathroom door wasn't able to close completely which was not a big problem. The tea provided by the hotel was really nice as well!
