The view of our hotel room was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Different selections for the 3 mornings we stayed there. The gym and laundry room were great too. Highly recommended.

The hotel room was too hot to sleep and the air conditioner is set by the hotel and cannot be controlled by ourselves. The reception’s advice was to open the window. We cancelled another night and booked another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs the freedom to control their room temperature.

As usual, very nice hotel and room, in this hotel located in the city center, close by walk to all commodities.
I always go there when go to Nantong.
Only breakfast buffet was not opened, served at table individual. Maybe due to Chinese New Year?

This is my first time staying at Nantong Youfei Hotel. The hotel is in a good location, quiet in a busy city. Opposite the hotel is Nantong's landmark "Haohe River". In the evening, the hotel provides hot Tremella soup, which warms the hearts of the guests in winter.

I checked into the hotel in the evening. The lowest temperature of the day was about 5 degrees. I went back to the room and turned on the air conditioner for heating but it didn't work. I contacted the front desk and told them that the central control air conditioner heating had not been turned on. He had no way to help but send me an oil tincture (as shown below). It was incredible that such a large hotel didn't have a heating air conditioner in winter. I was even more shocked when I got the heater. How many years has it been in service? The wheels have fallen off. Is there any safety hazard? Everyone avoid it! The room facilities are old and moldy in many places.
