This Novotel was exceptional to stay in. It is clean, spacious with good food, and is well located. The team running this hotel are really accommodating. A special thanks to everyone on the front desk for being so helpful, especially to Candy who very kindly helped us use the laundry machines on more than one occasion - this was really excellent service. The hotel is set amongst the eco corridor park, and is also easy to get to from the Nantong metro line 1!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Novotel. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and the overall ambience was welcoming. The hotel’s dining options were impressive, offering a variety of high-quality meals. The team truly made the stay exceptional — everyone was friendly and attentive, especially Candy at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, nestled within the peaceful eco-corridor park, and conveniently accessible via Nantong Metro Line 1. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nantong!
