This hotel punches way above its weight. The service is excellent, matching 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. They provide an array of conveniences, including free meals and railway station transfers. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and extremely attentive. I’ve stayed in several Ji hotels. This is by far the best. Many thanks to all the staff for the friendly service.

Its far to city center . But if you have train early morning this hotel is good option. Its clean and new. Staffs are nice

It is clean, refreshing and tidy, and the front desk service is enthusiastic; free late night snack service is provided to make up for the shortcomings of not being able to order takeout; free shuttle service is provided, which is really convenient for people with luggage.

Very satisfied. It is very convenient to Nantong West Station. The environment is beautiful, the decoration is simple and comfortable. There are two large tables in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for reading. I also called my colleagues to have a morning meeting here. The service is attentive, you can order light meals and late night snacks for free, all delivered to the room. The air conditioner in the room is basically silent, making sleeping comfortable. Night light design, automatically lights up and automatically goes out, making it very safe at night. All in all it was good, I stayed another night.

前台服務特別好👌，房間乾淨，裝修風格漂亮，礦泉水應有盡有，冰箱裏還有預備的，外面機器人送過來，重要的是早上還有大奔專車送高鐵站🚉，目前是我碰見最好是酒店了。

酒店大堂很大氣，進門就是全季標誌性的松柏樹，還有全季熟悉的淡淡茶香味。
雖然地理位置有點偏，但是離西站還算蠻近的，也有接送站服務，自助早餐的種類也蠻豐盛的，還有免費的商務午餐和自助晚餐以及夜宵，服務很人性化了。下次出差或者個人出行還會再來入住的。

房間有三個問題，可以參考。我定的套房，但卧室沒有門，睡覺時候敞開着卧室總覺得怪怪的；衞生間地漏反臭，必須要開通風才行；睡覺時候房間內發光的東西太多，挺影響睡眠的。比如開關面板，空調面板，電視機後面的某個設備也發光。
優點：新裝修，乾淨整潔，設備齊全，裝修風格淡雅而舒適。服務人員服務態度也很好，早餐比較豐富。
