多次入住了，房間環境符合這個價位，就是這次入住很不滿意，到酒店晚間快10點了，給前台打電話要求加個枕頭（個人喜歡睡高枕）服務人員已各種理由拒絕。不能做到對客人基本服務。主要是我的要求不過分
