It was an okay stay. The lady at the reception miscommunicated with me and ended up charging me twice the price for 1 night.

friendly staff, one of few low cost hotels in Nantong which accepts foreign guests. convenient location, near supermarkets, bus stops, city centre. check in quite strict. must show green code and at most 48h nucleic acid test result and travel history.
