酒店服務一般叫我不滿意的是還沒有到退房時間房卡就進不去房間了，去摟下前台根本沒有搞好還是打不開房間一們，最後叫打打衞生的給們打開，簡直了我還沒有見過誰家酒店這麼操作的？還説提前兩個小時房卡不好用了，為什麼不提前告訴我呢？讓我跑兩趟？太差了吧？不滿意，住過全國各地的也沒有遇到過你們酒店這樣操作的

入住過所有維也納酒店裡最棒的！
因為參加海門馬拉松入住了該酒店，對標一下預訂價格，以為就衹能湊合一夜了，結果體驗卻是滿滿的驚喜。兩個房間一起，一家5人入住都完全不是問題，床品舒適，枕頭還軟硬可以選，服務更是沒話説，任何需要一個電話到前台就馬上響應和處理，離網紅的埃菲爾鐵塔海門分塔也衹有幾百米的距離，步行可達，強烈推薦哈！
