I rarely give negative reviews. I really can't help but complain about this hotel. I checked in at around 8 o'clock, a family of three, in a family room. When I went in, I saw hair on all the towels and bath towels, so I called the front desk. The front desk said someone would come up and replace it shortly. I said to bring an extra quilt by the way. The front desk said there were new quilt covers in the closet. I hung up the phone and opened it. There was a quilt, but no quilt cover. After a while, an old man came. He must be over 60 years old. He was not wearing a hotel uniform, but his own casual clothes. He brought me two towels. I said that not only the towels, but also the bath towels had hair on them, and they were also missing quilt covers. So the uncle came for the second time and brought me a bath towel and quilt cover. I asked who would put the quilt on, but the uncle said, I don’t know how to put it on either. At this time, I smelled the strong smell of alcohol on his body. Then I let him go. When the uncle came over for the third time to put a quilt on me, I didn't open the door. I didn't want someone who smelled of alcohol to come into the room. I called the front desk again and was told that there were not enough staff at the moment and she would come and put a quilt cover on me in a while. We don’t know what department of the hotel that uncle is a staff member in, but he is actually allowed to drink during work. I'm really impressed that I can still go to the room for service after drinking. Regarding the hotel facilities, there are also complaints. There are no floor mats in the bathroom. The shower room and the room have glass doors with only a layer of transparent gauze. When I take a shower, I can see everything inside and out. I took my 15-year-old son with me. , do you think it’s embarrassing? We don’t understand the family room, not the couple’s room. Can’t we make it opaque? ! The trip to Nantong was originally very enjoyable, but this night’s stay was a disappointment!

房間面積較大，窗外風景贊，能看到濠河的夜景。就是有點年代感了，服務人員態度極好，有問必答。床上用品不錯

相當滿意的房間，感覺超值的服務。設施齊全好用，衞生乾淨整潔，清理及時舒服，環境舒適，地理位置優越，去哪裡都很方便。超值！
