服務大媽態度差，我一個人訂的大床房，她説我是一個人住，所以要給我換個標間，雙床房，我就問她我一個人住所以你要給我換個雙床房？不應該是大床房嗎？然後前台大媽還非常不耐煩的説好吧好吧，不給你換了。房間特別老化，一進門就看見二衹蟑螂，非常不推薦。

空調製熱慢，洗澡熱水小，桌上有灰，毛巾有洞，電梯壞了一個，最關鍵的是一晚上火警響了六七次，吵的人睡不着，影響第二天考試，除了離得近沒有優點，但客觀的説，房屋面積真的大。
