這次為了跑南通馬拉松，9個跑友入住漫心，總體非常滿意！交通便利，樓下就是1號線地鐵站，去濠河風景區也在步行範圍內。酒店比較新，床品、設施都很舒適。早餐也很好。特別需要點讚的，是他們的服務態度，對住客的要求有求必應，平時早餐7點開餐，為了跑友便利，特意把早餐提早到5點半。有延遲退房要求，也儘量滿足。性價比也很高，退房時還送了伴手禮，5星好評，很值得推薦！

作為華住集團的金卡會員，我們滿懷期待來到這家酒店，本來想着要多住幾天，和這家酒店要優惠券，結果卻遭遇了最惡劣的酒店服務！那個自詡前台的女士簡直囂張跋扈到極點！先是假模假樣加微信發來兩個驢脣不對馬嘴的二維碼，被識破後竟敢在電話裏對我們大呼小叫"要優惠券找總部去"，更令人髮指的是直接拉黑會員微信！這就是華住對待忠實會員的態度？我們的會員卡在你們眼裡是廢紙嗎？十年來住遍華住旗下酒店，第一次見到敢對會員摔電話、刪微信的"服務人員"！真是傷了我們老顧客的心，讓人心寒。酒店管理如此混亂，前台都沒有經過培訓的嗎？以後再也不會來這家酒店了
