Popular Nantong 4-star Hotels

This is the worst Hilton Garden I've ever stayed in. I booked this one because I'm used to staying in Hilton. I went there a day early. To save money, I booked the Hyatt Place next door the night before. The check-in experience was very good, but the contrast was too great when I arrived at this hotel. The lobby at the entrance gave me a bad impression. The breakfast was right at the entrance, and the place was very small. There was a group of elderly people smoking and chatting there, which was very noisy. There were also elderly people smoking in the elevator, and no one cared. When I entered the room, the layout was not very good. When I opened the door, there was a sink, toilet and shower room. The shower room facilities were not good and dripped. The TV could only watch a few channels and was told that the system was being updated. At night, the uncle and aunt next door were very noisy and returned to the room in the middle of the night. The worst experience was the breakfast on the second day. There was nothing to eat when I went down to have breakfast at 8 o'clock. The service staff was not very good either. I decisively refunded the second night's stay. Ctrip was awesome. This hotel should not have the Hilton sign and mislead the public.

This is my second booking of this same hotel via trip.com. The hotel is great and staff is very professional. I really enjoy my stay.

The hotel is located inside a mall / pedestrian shopping street, but it's quiet far from the tourist area or the city centre. The hotel is inside a tower, on the upper floors. The room was very spacious and modern, the bed very soft, and everything was super clean. The WiFi wad fast. Water pressure and hot water was reasonable.

The price is right, the service is good, and the hygiene is very clean

Great staff! Speaks good English. The concierge was very helpful, from smooth checked in up to helping me arrange transportation for my departure. Hotel facilities like the comforts of a home. I will surely book my stay here again 😊

I was going to visit the Forest Zoo during the holidays. When I saw that there was a 4-hour traffic jam from Shanghai, I decided to drive to Nantong one night in advance and booked this hotel... The name was changed to Hilton Garden Inn, so I almost couldn't find it. It was actually an Ibis. I booked a so-called deluxe double room. The layout of the room is rather strange. It is quite small. I wonder why I had to ask for an extra bed. The mattress of the double bed collapsed seriously. I didn’t sleep well all night. It is about three-star standards and the price of more than 300 on May 1st is not worth it. I had too many expectations. The breakfast was better than I expected. It’s okay to stay casually.

I usually stay at Atour when traveling for business, but I also choose Atour when traveling with children during holidays. The hotel we stayed in this time is very unique. When you enter the city gate, it looks like a historical commercial street. When you go out the side door, you will see the botanical garden. The hotel accommodation is very quiet, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The service staff are very friendly and they arrange the food in the refrigerator in the evening. I found that I forgot to bring the charging cable when I got home, so I called the hotel and helped pay for the courier fee to send it over. Friends who are traveling near Langshan highly recommend this hotel🏨

Haven't been impressed with a hotel this cheap in years. Where do I start? Lots of shops and restaurants around. Newly built metro line with a station (Nantong University) within walking distance and as of the writing of this post free to use. Lobby was large and impressive. The in-room balcony was also beautiful, too bad it was too cold to really use it. The big windows gave nice views of Nantong University and I can only assume saves the company loads on energy consumption. The bed was softer than most Chinese mattresses so I slept great. The smart TV allowed me to cast videos from my phone. Robotic deliveries should be the law and this property had one. Some of the deliveries were slow, they could use at least one more robot butler. Although I didn't interact with the staff much they were great and actually seemed like they enjoyed working there. The mirror is really cool but trying to sleep with that bright was impossible so I covered it up with some little stacked boxes. I couldn't figure out how to turn if off, other than removing the keycard. Wish this place allowed pets: the balcony, flooring, and cheap furniture would make this an ideal facility to stay with a furry bud. This place is ranked #1 for Nantong on the app and I can see why: Whether you're a budget or luxury traveller, make a reservation here! Hope this is a chain and if I see one in my next destination that's where I'm staying

This hotel is set in the beautiful decor of Victorian Europe. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is only for Chinese no Western food. It is quite central in location near the new metro station. The room had a bar fridge but no mini bar except tea and coffee. We would stay there again.
