The room was very satisfactory. The breakfast that I paid extra for was really average. Breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. We went there at 9 o'clock and there was nothing left. There was only wonton. The yogurt at the back was brought out after asking the waiter. The fruits and other dishes were just a few leftovers. There were not many drinks. In fact, there was no need to buy breakfast. The staff at the Ascott Harmony City Nantong were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. They had also prepared a very sweet welcome gift for me. The bed was super comfy. The hotel was in a prime location, close to many major attractions as well as subway station. I will always stay at this hotel when traveling to Nantong!

It was my birthday weekend and I needed a hotel that would comfortably accommodate my friends and I. The Mercure was affordable, while still having first class amenities. I enjoyed some of the treats at breakfast and really liked how spacious the rooms were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only really inconvenience was the check in being on the 26th floor, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for large groups traveling to Nantong.
