The location is right in the middle of the old street. It is very accessible to food, transportation, hiking trails and laundry shop.
The owners are friendly and helpful. Really value for money.

Staff was extremely amicable, they gave recommendations and directed us to the interesting places in the area. The rooms are great as well, with the bath tub, it was great.

Overall lovely clean room with a very large and beautiful bath tub. Service at the front desk was okay when someone was present but required a phone number if / when someone was not, which may be an issue for international travelers who have opted not to get a sim. Overall though this is a well priced option right in the heart of Sun moon lake!

The room is big, the bed is big, the windows are big, the space is great, the light is strong, and there are electric curtains. The sound insulation is very good, there are two people on one staircase, and there are 4 children living on the other side who didn't hear any noise. We slept well.
The location is good. There is a 7-11 downstairs. It's in the middle of Ita Thao. It's a good place to go on weekdays. Some of the restaurants are closed, but there's everything you want to eat.
The service is also good and polite👏🏻If you want to go cycling at Shuishe Pier, there are some discount coupons at the counter
