服務人員優質和善，鄰近伊達邵商圈覓食方便，離碼頭與纜車地點都算近，早餐算是多樣選擇分；可惜房間隔音效果不佳。

各方面大致都不錯，是住在新館這邊，但是保時捷凱燕他們叫我不要開到地下室，怕是車子太大，車道太小，當初可能建造的時候沒有考慮到搭車會下去。
隔音確實不好，但是如果晚上睡覺的話，所有房客也都睡了，並不大礙。
早餐要到本館去吃還不錯，但是除夕夜的晚餐在這裡吃餐點，完全跟不上早餐。
在這裡住宿以過年的價格是合理，服務也不錯，如果在這裡用早餐絕對是可以，但是不建議在這裡吃晚餐。
離外面商店街很近，下次還會再住這裡，不過不會在這裡用晚餐了。

入住家庭房，是日月潭映涵的第二館，應該剛蓋好不久，還有裝潢的味道。飯店人員很熱心，感覺和善，主動照呼停車。R樓餐廳可以看到湖景，就在老街旁，很方便。
