大推 9/2 早班櫃檯 & 晚班蔡小姐，二位人員皆每場親切，塞車塞很久才到草屯的怒火都消了
周邊環境很喜歡，離市區近~
飯店床也很大，非常適合家庭客~
本次兩個家庭的旅遊，大家都睡得很好，早餐也非常好吃👍

房間小巧舒適，床墊扎實偏硬但很適合個人喜好。義大利橄欖系列洗沐用品味道宜人。浴室空間較狹小，冷氣出風在睡覺時音量感受明顯。交誼廳佈置典雅有藝文氣息，個人出差會考慮再訪。

房間衛生情況真的很好及舒適，因位置有點偏，所以很寧靜，但美中不足是無論WiFi還是手機的訊號（因為偏僻吧）很差，經常斷線，另外最差是洗澡時，水溫忽冷忽熱，我住的3個晚上，還是只有十多度的天氣，希望酒店能好好改善
