The space is larger than expected, and the welcome tea provided by the B&B is very delicious
The key location is great, just a few steps away is Shuishe Transfer Station.
The B&B also proactively introduced what can be eaten for dinner nearby, which was very warm.
The B&B also has a water dispenser, which is very convenient for filling hot and cold water.

CChang Yoke LengThe hotel is situated within 3 minutes walk from Ita Thao Ferry Pier. We stayed 2 nights at the high floor lake view room and enjoyed the fantastic and serene view from our balcony. The room is spacious, clean and have comfortable beds. The night market and shops are just downstairs with plenty to eat and shop.
If you enjoy calm, peace and relax stay, you should stay in this nice hotel.

AAmigowoSun Moon Lake is literally at the hotel's doorstep, so close you could practically fish from it. Ita Thao Pier is conveniently located right next door. The hotel's interior is entirely adorned with cypress wood, creating a delightful natural aroma throughout. Furthermore, both the cable car station and the main commercial district are just a short 10-minute walk away.

GGuest UserThis 民宿was very deep in and west facing so not ideal if you are planning to watch the sunrise. The room itself, one of the rooms floor was not levelled and had motion sickness stepping into and living in there.
There were also millipede in 2 of 4 rooms booked but i think it is only naturally since CingJing is in the nature! Not too bothered.
The hotel staff though,both the reception and the kitchen staff on breakfast shift, are so polite. And we are greeted by their house pet dog and cat. Though do expect that the kitchen staff can't speak/understand fluent Mandarin but basic mandarin and English is fine.
Do bring your own water as the room does not have a kettle.

Nnorzila25Nice hotel besides the lake. We arrived at 11.45 pm and the reception staff were very helpful and amicable, ready to help us. Views outside the breakfast room were amazing, you can also use the bicycles and motorised vehicle at the hotel. Room was quite spacious, however no disposable amenities except for a bar of soap. Japanese toilet was especially welcoming and useful, really appreciate it. Thanks for the stay.

JJonathan MaungThey had great variety of breakfast options, i'd give 4.5/5. Their indoor hot spring bathtub was amazing 5/5. Room was spacious and clean. Gym equipments could do much much better given that the rest of the hotel facilities are very good. for gym 1/5. Location was good, just 5 minutes walk from bus station. 10-15 minutes walk from restaurants. They offer bike rentals aswell. Overall had a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the two front desk staff I met were very nice, especially the female receptionist, who was very patient in introducing me how to play and eat. She was very, very nice. The room was said to be upgraded and very large, but the balcony door could not be locked. There were black reflective walls on both sides of the bed, like mirrors, and there were a few red streaks on the mirror on the right side of the bed. I didn't know if it was blood or lipstick. I didn't dare to look closely or wipe it off. I always felt that something weird was happening. At night, I felt that there were mirrors on both sides of the bed, and there was a balcony door that could not be locked at the end of the bed. And the toilet was facing the bottom of the sink, which was transparent glass. When the light was turned on, it could be seen clearly from the window. Although no one was watching, it was still very weird. I felt itchy all over when I slept at night, which I have never had in other places. And because of the weird layout, although I was tired all day and should have slept soundly, I was scared awake by a nightmare at two o'clock in the morning, and I didn't dare to turn on the light. So although the front desk was very good, I will not stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to Shuishe Pier, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. It's just a short walk from the bus stop to the hotel entrance. I booked a lake view room, and it was absolutely beautiful! My favorite feature was having both hot and cold water dispensers right in the room. There's also a bathtub. We stayed here for two nights and it was very comfortable. The only minor downside was the breakfast; it was a buffet but not very tasty or varied, and it didn't really suit my palate. However, if you prefer milder flavors, you might enjoy it. The area around the hotel tends to quiet down around 5-6 PM, but there are still a few shops open late if you want to stroll around, or you can rent a bicycle and ride around the lake. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the air was lovely and cool when we visited in early December. Highly recommend!

Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony)
Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided)
Services was great, very nice and kind to customers.
Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well)
Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.
