出差住過的最差酒店之一：
1.房間空調漏水嚴重，我不相信這個房間只有我們來了才住過，難道別的客人沒有反饋嗎，我們是晚上23點多才入住，打開空調就一直滴水，而且漏水剛好在門口通道中間，同事晚上上廁所差點摔倒，這個時候都0點了，沒有叫前台換房間，拿個垃圾桶接着，垃圾桶都滴滿了；
2.前台服務不怎麼好，第二天退房跟她反饋了滴水這個情況，她的原話：那你為什麼不反饋呀，這個不能怪我們呀。處於酒店服務行業，真搞不懂是怎麼培訓的這種前台，第一時間不給客人解釋，反而逃避責任，真是服了，下次再也不來這住了。
