Well well. Not easy times for foreigners in China when you go to small tiers cities. Only 3 hotels in Nanyang Aon Trip. The check-in was okay until I was asked proof of exit quarantine even though I arrived in China 2 months before. They told me there is a rule that you need a proof within 3 monthes. The staff was also embarrassed as they understood it was stupid, fortunately i had a picture of a paper I had in centralised quarantine and everyone was happy. A bit later they asked me twice for my passeport as my passport is special so I can't blame them so much. To apologize they offered me a big plate of fresh fruits, very nice gesture, not every hotel do that. Small gym,. swimming pool and the restaurant buffet is well furnished for a city like Nanyang. The hotel location is not in downtown tho. A good quick stay thanks to a capable and smart staff, who understood foreigners troubles in China, keep up the good work!

In the past, Trip.com booked hotels, always the default praise, never made comments. This time I really have to say two words. Originally, I booked a business room, but the front desk arranged a big bed room for me, the price is different. After entering, I found this problem and called the front desk to confirm, and then asked me to come down and change the room. The front desk didn't even have an apology. I drank myself that night. I remembered to pour a cup of boiling water in the early morning. It was a bit cold to wear a lingerie. I actually found that the air conditioner could not be turned on. I called the front desk and said that because the weather was now mild, the air conditioner in the whole hotel was turned off. Really speechless, stayed in so many times the hotel encountered such a hotel service for the first time.

The location is excellent for those who love morning exercises. It is right next to the Baihe River. It is a pleasure to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Baihe River while running. It is only ten to twenty minutes away from the airport and the railway station.

The room was clean and well equipped. The front desk staff contacted by phone in advance, and the room was especially warm when the air conditioner was turned on in advance. Also got my check out time wrong or something. . . . It is very speechless. In other parts, the toilet feels too small, and the small shower head cannot be adjusted at an angle, which is not easy to use. The environment of the breakfast place is good, but the food is very little and the quality is generally some carbohydrates and heavy-flavored vegetables. The soy milk is mixed with too much water, and there is no coffee provided. It should not be used as a high-end hotel.
