酒店服務人員熱情，有求必應，衞生乾淨整潔，衞生死角也很乾凈。房間温馨寬敞，有一種家的感覺。酒店位置距離南陽理工很近，附近小吃街好吃的一應俱全。晚上可以去網紅橋轉轉，景色很美。還有大型超市，免費停車場。客房清潔人員也很親切，前台妹妹也很熱情，看到下雨還會主動借我傘。房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，喜歡住這裏。

1️⃣衞生：中等。一入住垃圾桶裏還留着上一個客人的襪子，很臭，體驗感很差；衞生間打掃不乾淨，馬桶喊了阿姨兩次來清理一下，都隨便拿着抹布了事，還在旁邊説我“事兒多”，最後是我自己用紙巾擦乾淨了馬桶😥； 2️⃣酒店服務態度：超級棒遇到事，前台經理立馬來解決👍；詢問是否有酒精，我自己來擦馬桶，前台直接給我拿來一瓶白酒，最後我是用白酒擦的馬桶🤣，也是很真誠了；經理得知我們早上的經歷後，還帶着一大袋子零食來安慰我們，站在我們的角度考慮問題，是一個很好的經理！👍 最後還送了一個酒店盲盒，還挺有意思的。總的來説是一家不錯的酒店。價格實惠，離理工很近，服務態度很好。（建議提高對保潔阿姨的要求，打掃衞生和態度實在是太敷衍了事

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，人熱情，服務效率比較高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！衞生間做到了乾濕分離，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。
