裝修比較老舊，電視基本不能看，信號極差，讓再給房間送礦泉水最後好像也沒送上來，還是問打掃的保潔要的。

環境不好，設施老舊，衞生間反味嚴重，浴袍有味道，一點都不值這個價錢，這是住過最次的一次了，真不知道好評是怎麼來的，體驗感極差

住了這麼多酒店第一次給差評，這是住過最糟糕的酒店。看酒店評分很高，還是2020年裝修的，其實房間設施老舊，衞生間返味，地漏洗澡不下水，洗個澡水都泡腳面了，馬桶還漏水，沖完一直響個不停，給前台打電話沒人管，房間隔音極差，隔壁房間夜裡兩三點還在吵吵鬧鬧，根本沒法入睡，晚上讓前台幫忙送兩瓶礦泉水一直到第二天退房還沒送過來，開店做生意，沒見過這麼不大氣的，要麼你就收費，要麼你就説不提供這個服務，一直讓客人等算怎麼回事，早晨6點就被服務員在樓道里喊某某房間退房的聲音吵醒，大家現在都在拼服務，你們拼什麼，拼酒店設施老、服務差嘛？連帶對南陽的印象都變差了，還好衹是路過就住一晚，再也不想來了。

衞生堪憂，水壺裡黑乎乎的也不敢用，拍了照片。
四星級酒店早餐連咖啡也沒有，空調是擺設，衞生間換氣扇一開臭烘烘！
