We stayed in a Mongolian yurt in February and were afraid that it would be cold, because this year winter and early spring in Japan were unusually cool. But there is an air conditioner above one of the beds, which also works for heating, so in an hour the room warmed up and it was quite comfortable to sleep under a warm blanket. For those who doubt staying in a yurt in winter - don't worry, it will be warm ))) The location is amazing - right on the beach, next to the bus stop, which is very convenient. Nice restaurant on the territory.

Whilst the sound of waves is relaxing and we are asked to make no noise after 10pm, I am currently lying in Tent 1 listening to a queue of ships lining up for the port with all their engines running. The sound is the equivalent of a helicopter hovering over the tent. This has been going on for 2 hours and it is now 11pm. Impossible to sleep. The night guard found it amusing - I don’t.

You can stay right in front of the sea. The trailer house is not very spacious but comfortable, equipped with air conditioner. “The yellow pumpkin” is located near here, 5min away by foot. The dinner is also good, you can enjoy it with local craft beer or Japanese wine, etc. 海の目の前で宿泊できます。とても気持ちが良い景色です。 トレーラーハウスは広くはありませんがエアコンもしっかり効いて快適です。 お風呂やトイレには一度外に出ないといけないので、11月の夜では寒かったですが、、 夕食はブイヤベース風の鍋を美味しくいただきました。クラフトビールや日本ワインなどお酒も楽しめます。

Large yurt with 4 beds. Very clean. Quite hard beds. Excellent location near Benesse Museum (walking distance, or next to bus stop). Excellent airconditioning. Toilets and shower are quite far from the yurts. Basic comfort but that’s ok. Very quite place. Diner is good: you get a large plate with plentiful of meat and some shrimps, vegetables to put on a table bbq. Breakfast is too basic and not our taste: Japanese udon noodles. Tip: go to the nearby Terrace restaurant : you get an excellent breakfast buffet with tons of choice for around 25-30 euro.
