I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Embassy Suites in Naperville, IL. From the moment I arrived, the staff made all the difference. Blanca was absolutely amazing—so accommodating, understanding, and genuinely kind. She does her job with heart and professionalism and made me feel truly welcomed. Kyaw was also fantastic during check-in and offered great support throughout my stay. Together, they were the perfect duo!
The breakfast was delicious, and the happy hour vibes were just what I needed to unwind. What started as a stressful trip quickly turned into a memorable experience thanks to their care and hospitality. I will definitely be choosing to stay here again in the future. Not well maintained
We booked a suite that had accessible amenities. I booked the suite so that we could have the additional sofa bed for one of my kids. The sofa area looked so worn and dirty. The pullout bed was so flimsy and the mattress was falling apart. The surrounding furniture was scratched or had peeling veneer. It was not pleasant at all.
The worst part was that the shower was not designed properly to drain. The entire bathroom filled up with water when you showered. The floors were wet around the toilet and it took like 5 towels to dry it. It was so gross and slippery. I don’t know how it would be safe for anyone let alone someone with disabilities.
Staff was great and super friendly even if they could not fix the problem. The staff at the bar and breakfast were really great too.

The drain in shower emptied very slowly. The toilet paper holder was loose. There was no regular coffee in the room.
