"The toilet door did not shut as it looked like there had been a water leak before and it and the wall had swelled up.When heat pump was going could see the inside was dirty. Also the windows and sliding door frames were dirty. Was okay for price.Window latches broken.Wine glass broken."

"Our vacation experience was fantastic. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making it suitable for all age groups.
The resort offers many activities for kids, such as game room, movie room, outdoor bouncing pillow, bicycles, and a small park area. Adults can enjoy some relaxing time at the café or unwind in the swimming pool after a day of activities. We stayed in a cabin for three nights, and we especially loved the well-equipped kitchenette. It was great to be able to easily cook our own meals when we craved Chinese food. It was very convenient!"

"I stayed in one of the self-contained motel apartments at the Napier Beach Kiwi Holiday Park and Motels. At the same time there were plenty of people with tents and mobile homes/campers.
The location is excellent in that it is right on the beach and being far enough away from SH1 so that it is really calm and with no noise.
Very well looked after by friendly management. Highly recommended."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. I can assure everyone who is planning to come to Napier, we had a good experience for staying at this hotel in every aspect, cleanliness, location near city centre by 5 mins walk, countdown and pack n save just 2 mins aways. Beach is just 7 mins away from hotel. Sushi shop just 5 mins aways. Everything you want is near you. You will enjoy staying at this hotel. hotel's staff are super attentive to your requirements. All the bad reviews I can say they seems to be irrelevant. Non of them we faced here."

"Room was good, strange set up with the curtains the way the heater was set up though. Bathroom was quite small but 100% functional, did have issues with water changing temperature in the shower which is a bug bear of mine. Overall a great place to stay though."

"The room is very satisfactory, with two bedrooms and one living room, which can accommodate 5 people. It is very spacious for the two of us. There are two bathrooms, with separate wet and dry areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows in front face the sea, with a good view. You can reach the beach from the front door. Everything is good. Thank you 😊"

"Free parking, parking at the entrance of the accommodation, very convenient. The kitchenware is very complete, except that there is no chopsticks. Because there is a kitchen, it is very convenient to get some children's favorite food in the morning. The room has 3 single beds and 1 double bed, enough to live, plus a baby cot. It is very convenient to have a bathroom upstairs and downstairs."

GGuest UserVery clean and quiet. WiFi, while free would not allow streaming, and access to some other general sites such as NZ Parliament. So used mobile data. Some utensils and cockery need updating and replacing e
g. chipped cockery and missing spoons. No Sky Movie channels and one documentary channel - but plenty of sports channels.
Only the plus side friendly greeting from reception and good value for money deal. Bed was comfortable, and not much noise from road. The small courtyard out the back was nice to sit in.

GGuest UserWe booked Pebble Beach Motor Inn for a two night stay and we were amazed by quality of our room overlooking the ocean. The room was super clean and comfortable and included a spa bath if that’s for you. I would say this is the best hotel we could have hoped for to fit our budget. Very impressed.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, but had a little smoking and damp smell. There is big jacuzzi in the room without door which believes best for honeymoon couple, but for family is not suitable. Exterior looks a little run down. Otherwise, it is ok for just a night of stays.

HHUIFENGService hotel apartment, strategic location, located in the commercial center, convenient for shopping, dining and entertainment. One bedroom, one living room and one bathroom with bathtub, open kitchen, air-conditioning, electric fan, Internet TV. The sanitary conditions are good, the decoration style is rather old, the entrance aisles are narrow, the mattresses are soft, and the lower floors have no scenery. The front desk service is enthusiastic. There is a reading room on the first floor where you can rest. There is no reception desk in the evening. Paid parking next to the hotel is $1 an hour or $5 a day.

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Bluewater à Napier et avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté et le bon état général des lieux. Les chambres étaient bien entretenues, propres et offraient tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.

Opposite the hotel is the War Museum, Napier's seaside is very beautiful, and there is a seaside container internet celebrity coffee shop not far away! The service is also good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, the hotel has a parking lot, and the laundry and drying charges are also very cheap, very convenient!

GGuest UserHighly recommenad staying at the Spanish Lady staff were amazing we had a great stay in our 2bdrm unit it's an older style could do with a bit of paint to upgrade but beds were comfortable kitchen was well equipped with oven an stove top cooking utensils dishes etc.
Shower toilet well stocked with towels complimentary shampoo/conditioner handwash toilet paper very clean. We stayed 2days and enjoyed our time only downside for us was the window in the toilet glass shutters allowed cold air into the room as well as a security issue for me. Overall stay was excellent access to laundry an if it was warmer weather the pool and spa would of been absolute tops for us as a family. Close to shops supermarket and city centre.
Thank you Spanish Lady we will definitely come back again when in Napier
