Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!

1. It is very easy to find, just opposite the train station. You just need to walk straight to the train station. 2. The breakfast is the biggest highlight of this trip. The environment is good and very exquisite. Because the ingredients are fresh, the taste of breakfast and dinner is very good. 3. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a small balcony facing the train station. 4. Because it is near the train station, the environment around the hotel is very poor. There are homeless people everywhere, especially crossing the road to the station is really thrilling. 5. Everything else is good, especially the breakfast is perfect.

The bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is great and it's nice having a little balcony. Trip.com says the room has a kettle but it doesn't. In the winter it would be nice to have a kettle as well as slippers to walk on the cold marble floor, especially since I can't control the heat as it's controlled by the front desk. The front desk staff are very helpful with ordering taxis with flat rates so you won't get cheated.

The location is great, right next to Napoli Centrale, the ferries and most points of interest are an easy walk away, the service is perfect, an older type of hotel, which is the best option in Italy in my opinion. Would stay again without a doubt.

Nice hotel near Napoli Centrale. Lots of tours go out from this hotel, so super convenient. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shopping near by. Metro station is also close by to visit Toleda or Dante. Overall great place.

Booked a sea view room, which was great. The morning sun shines into the room every morning. The front is Ovo Castle, and the balcony has a great view. The hotel is quite standard, and the breakfast room has a double sea view. It is convenient to go to various attractions from here, and there are taxis outside; there are many choices for dining and coffee shops nearby. The service at the front desk is very friendly, especially Rossella, who is very nice, has excellent English, and helped me figure out the route to the ruins of Pompeii by public transportation and the round-trip train schedule. It's great! I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very big! There is a small foyer, two balconies, and a large bathroom! It is impressive that European hotel rooms can be so big! I stayed for four days, but there was no water supply except for two bottles of water on the first day. I asked the waiter to send two bottles of water, but was told that it would be charged whether I drank it or not. The breakfast variety is moderate and enough, and the hotel has a very good view. Our room is facing the Castel dell'Ovo and you can also see Mount Vesuvius. 200 meters outside the hotel is the seaside restaurant, with many choices. The two restaurants recommended by the hotel front desk staff, a pizza restaurant and a seafood restaurant, are of very high quality. I stayed for four days and had a very good overall feeling.
