This is not a hotel. It’s in an apartment building with no signs and it is self serve. Horrible situation! You arrive to this apartment building and buzz Hart Hotel. No one answers for 15-30 minutes. In fact, I got into the building through a tenant living there. Then when you enter, there are no signs. Again, you have to ask people how to get in. We find out it’s on the first floor. You go to this door with no signs and buzz. Again, waiting 15-20 minutes until you are let in. Then they call my husband saying the key is in the room. No one is there to assist you. It’s this mysterious place. Then in the morning again no one to assist you. They say they don’t have 24/7 service help but they never have any help. It’s like an Airbnb. Then you leave on your own. It was a terrible situation and I reported them to *********** where I reserved the room. If you are looking for a hotel, this is not one and the food was terrible left out for the guests.

I can’t find even a slightest fault in Hart Boutique Hotel. Everything was perfect (well, maybe price is on the steep side). Location at walking distance to every important point: railway station, ferry terminals, Centro Storico. Hotel is very new and clean, and comparatively quiet, notwithstanding the fact that it is situated on the main artery of the old Naples. Bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get up in the morning. Service absolutely lovely, breakfast yummy. Highly recommendable.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel. Lorsque vous arrivez devant l’entrée de l’immeuble, vous comprenez que cela ne correspond pas à votre attente : rien ne vous indique qu’il s’agit de votre destination. Nous avons du appeler le no de tél sur notre réservation pour pénétrer dans le bâtiment dans lequel un espace au 1 er étage a été aménagé en hébergement d’environ 6 chambres. Il y a juste un endroit commun pour le petit déjeuner, sinon rien. Pas de réception ou de personnel en dehors de l’accueil des nouveaux arrivants. Notre chambre donnait sur le boulevard très bruyant : l’insonorisation ne suffit pas à masquer le bruit d’un Traffic permanent 24 h / 24. La chambre se veut moderne mais entachée de multiples malfaçons : système de douche défaillant, fuites depuis la cabine de douche dans la salle de bain, robinet de l’évier monté trop près du murs rendant le réglage impossible pour citer les principales. Le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe. Pas de pain frais : outre les biscottes et des tranches de pain industriel, on vous propose des baguettes industrielles toutes pâles vaguement réchauffées au four. Assortiment des charcuteries et fromage industriels à pleurer. Seul avantage de l’assortiment : vous ne prenez pas de poids ! Cet endroit bénéficie de nombreux avis très positifs qu’il est totalement impossible de comprendre au vu de notre expérience.

Consigliatissimo piccolo Hotel in posizione eccellente, vicino alla stazione centrale Pulizia, gentilezza, comodità e favorevole rapporto qualità-prezzo, personale veramente accogliente. Eravamo 2 coppie siamo tutti entusiasti e ci torneremo.
