The location is about 15 minutes from the station, but it's in a very alley, and the service is good and friendly, but the bed was too soft and there were no cushions, so I felt sick.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location was perfect — just a short and easy walk to the old town, which made exploring the city very convenient. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall attention to detail. This place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location was good, a 10 minute walk from the central train station, and on the edge of the historic area of Naples. The bedroom was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The reception staff helpful and friendly. We did not experience the breakfast - it was available from 7.30 which left us tight on time to check in at the airport for our flight home. The entrance to the hotel was on the first floor of the building with the stairwell being shared with other businesses, making it a little tricky to initially find. Signage to the hotel could be improved. Once we were checked in and had a set of keys, it was fine. Happy to recommend.

The communication was good and that was very reassuring. Admittedly, when my taxi dropped me off I was a little confused as it was a little unclear where I was going. This hotel is in what looks like a residential building on a residential street- I just wasn't expecting it hence being uncertain of where I was. I called and was given clear instructions. One thing to note, is if you need to use the elevator for luggage on weekdays, it's 10 euros. It is only 1 floor up so not hard to make your way up and down without luggage. It is self check in (I arrived late afternoon) and while that wasn't made clear before I arrived, it was easy enough to get in and settled. The room was a bit stark but absolutely clean and had space. The window opened and that was really nice. I was comfortable for the two days I stayed. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful in calling me a taxi for the airport. One thing I want to mention, I've seen reviews about this hotel being in a dirty part of town etc. In my limited experience with Naples, the city as a whole is gritty and chaotic (beautifully so). This hotel is not in an area I found to be any grittier and certainly not dirty. It may be startling if you are not from a busting city but I wouldn't define this area as unsafe or dirty. B&B certainly did the job for offering a spacious/clean room at a very affordable price. I was happy I stayed.

Don't let the exterior of the building throw you. We had a great stay here, the room was spacious, clean, and appeared recently updated! A great location- close to the central train station and historic center and we felt very safe. The staff was communicative via whatsapp leading up to our stay and was there to help check in. Probably the largest bathroom of our whole trip. We would definitely stay again

In stark contrast with the exterior of the building, the b&b itself is extremely well kept, clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room was huge, bright, and spotless. The location is excellent, walking distance from the train station, right at the start of Spaccanapoli, right in the heart of the historic center. Breakfast was included and quite rich, there were plenty of freshly baked goods aside from the usual ham, eggs and cheeses so we were happy.

The room was large and the bathroom one of the biggest hotel bathrooms I've ever seen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well. The air conditioning worked very efficiently. Breakfast was very reasonable at €7 per person. The room was very quiet, and I heard no noise from within the premises or from the street outside when the window was closed. Renato was an excellent host and always willing to assist. He called a taxi to the airport when I checked out, which was there in 4 minutes and cost €20. The property is located in the first floor, but that was in no way an inconvenience, There is a lift (elevator) for people with a physical problem, or who simply don't like walking upstairs. It is a short walk to Via Tribunali, Via Duomo, Naples Underground and the cathedral. I walked everywhere in Naples, and it was not a problem. I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Naples.

This was a great place to stay to visit Naples and its surroundings. We stayed in the Capri room which was very comfortable with AC, safe and mini fridge. The host was very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp. Place is remodeled and clean. It is on the 1st/2nd floor of an old building but the B n B has been completely remodeled. It is well located and walking distance to the subway station and to the central train station in Naples. Also close to many restaurants and the general downtown area. We visited the cathedral, pompeii and the herculaneum after spending time in the Almafi coast. Definitely recommend this B n B. Breakfast was also yummy.
