Don’t book ClaPa Group. We didn’t stay there since they wanted to charge some money beforehand that they never explained what it was for. Worst communication ever.

Apartment is nice but service is dire. Held my friends deposit for way longer than expected. Someone knocked on the door to check the room about 30 mins after we has checked in, why not do that before we check in.....we was in bed! It took weeks of chasing to get the deposit money back.

I do not recommend to anyone! The room was super small, the shower was broken, the bidet too! It is located in a super busy square with many restaurants and a small street right under the window where there is constant movement of people and cars and when someone can't pass they start honking... Terrible noise right under the window... There is also deposit for the empty small room of 200 euros, which I still can't get back after more than a month after I left the hotel, and this is not an isolated case reading the reviews on google and trustpilot! Also, the reception is about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel and the staff is terribly arrogant and unhelpful! Run away from this place!!!

Right in the historic center of Napoli! The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and explained us what we needed to do since we were a bit tight on time. The iconic Caffè Grambinus is very close by!

Stay away from this place. Staff is extremely unhelpful, rude and not willing to serve you. Neither was I informed before I booked the place that there was another adress to the so called room further up in the city. Neither could they check me in - they just handed me an ipad for me to do it myself. I cancelled all 3 nights and after my email - they refused to return any money for my nights and not only that - they were extremely rude. This is not some place you want to book.

The place is clean and tidy; shower door a little broken but overall fine. It’s a super central location, amazing to visit the city. It’s not very comfortable the fact of doing checkin in another place (about 20 mins walking distance to the accomodation).

Accommodation is located in a great location. The room was clean, cozy, lots of towels and soap were there. The staff at the reception and on the spot was very nice, nice and helpful. Wi-Fi connection works great. It is definitely worth mentioning the large stream from the shower hose. We can definitely recommend to someone who wants to enjoy and get to know the city.

The staff was helpful and nice. The room was comfy, clean and excellent located. The room more spacious that i expected. The Dante square is very cosy and the restaurant under the room is very good :) Highly recmmened to everyone who wants a great time in Napoles!

They asked us for a deposit of 200 Euros to be paid by credit card...! We'll see if they give it back...! It is absolutely not a hotel...! there is no breakfast and the rooms are located far from the check in place...! Young and inexperienced staff...! Cleanliness quite good...! Bare room and without wardrobes...! Instead of bedside tables they put two chairs...! Towels are changed every 3 days...! Excellent location and close to the subway. (Piazza Bovio 22). Housekeeping staff very friendly. Little security because at night someone knocked on the door and upon hearing that we were in the room he ran away without giving any answer..!
