This is a completely rip-off hotel. The service is uncomfortable and the stay is not good. Some uncomfortable points are: 1. The hotel has a limited check-in time, and extra charges will be incurred after 5pm. There was no written notice when booking, and the free cancellation period was exceeded before notification, and a mandatory fee was charged. 2. The so-called check-in means people squatting on the roadside waiting for you. That's right, because this "hotel" has no front desk at all, it is completely converted from a residential building 3. The hotel has been contacting me through my private WhatsApp and gave my contact information to the staff without my permission, allowing the staff to contact me and send me messages through their private mobile phone numbers, which did not protect the privacy of guests well; 4. The service is almost non-existent: there is no daily housekeeping; the only cup is dirty and has oil stains; they only provide shampoo and shower gel, and no other necessities, so you need to bring your own; I ran out of toilet paper during my stay, but the hotel has no front desk and no one can provide these necessities. Even with such services, they still insisted on charging me 40 euros for checking in after 5 o'clock; 5. The living experience is not good. You need five keys to enter the room. Some doors are very old and difficult to open. I stayed there for two days and couldn't remember which key to use to open which door. 6. The staff's communication attitude was extremely poor, and their English communication was not smooth; all messages were written in capital letters.
