Top class apartment! New, fresh, clean, great contact with staff, all possible facilities in room, almost like in 5*hotel! Location in the best part of centre! With pleasure I will visit again! In room are also air conditioning, fridge, tea set, dryer.. all what you need! Great place to stay in Naples!

The room was very clean, comfortable and recently renovated. We had a view of a traditional street in Central historic district and of the castle in the distance The staff was clear on instruction to check in; responsive To questions and helpful with storing luggage when we arrive early

Great location, very close to popular attractions. The owner was extremely kind and helpful in solving problems. I recommend using the shuttle service suggested by the owner if you are traveling with large suitcases, as the hotel is situated on an uphill street.

Coming back to Italy after so many years was an emotional experience, and staying at Its Room Naples made it even more special. Living in America, I had almost forgotten the warmth and hospitality that make this country unique. The host and the team welcomed me with open arms, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Naples without any hassle. This stay brought back so many wonderful memories, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location, comfortable and clean central to historic area and 10 minute walk to train station! Please pay attention to booking in details from manager if you book through a third party and your arrival is later than 9pm! Felt secure and quiet throughout our 4 night stay. Thank you

The room seemed like a flat. My family of three said they had plenty of space and my daughter thought the hide a bed was comfortable. The location is convenient and just off Spaccanapoli. The service was great! The checkin and checkout explanations were good as well.

A chic and comfortable apartment in the middle of bustling Naples. Excellent communication with the owners who provided extra touches such a biscuits and Prosecco in mini fridge. Great directions on how to enter the apartment using secure keypads. Highly recommended
