It is a private appointment and you enjoy complete independence. The room is small but comfortable, clean and with a small balcony. The bathroom has the essentials and is equipped with a strong jet of both hot and cold water. The environment is particularly well-kept like the building in which it is inserted. Close to the metro, the funicular and via Toledo.

small but clean room (thanks to Mrs. Lella nice and helpful) with everything you need to feel good, the only thing is that only a mirror was missing to take a look 👀 before going out, the area is excellent for one step away from everything!!!

Advised! Clean and welcoming. Mr. Mariano is very kind and the cleaning lady is very strong. Very convenient for reaching the center and in the neighborhood there are various very good pastry shops and groceries. I will be back, hopefully soon!

We stayed for 4 days and had a great time. It is attached to the metro station, a five minute walk from the center of Naples via Toledo. Fully equipped and very clean room, very kind and super friendly staff. I absolutely recommend it :)

La Struttura è Equidistante da tutti i Luoghi turistici di Napoli. È All'interno di Un Palazzo Signorile Con Portiere. Il Self Ceck in da Massima Libertà di Arrivo e gestione. Letti Super comodi, Bagni Top! Prezzo Ottimo! È diventato il mio posto perfetto dove dormire a Napoli.

buon’hotel!!inizio dicendo che la camera è abbastanza piccolina ma adatta ad una coppia,posizione dell’hotel PERFETTA,vicina da qualsiasi parte di napoli si voglia raggiungere. Il primo impatto di questo hotel è stato bellissimo,con un profumo eccezionale è pulitissimo. Hotel super silenzioso,non si hanno persone davanti la finestra della propria camera e questo è stata una cosa essenziale a livello di privacy. prezzo?forse avrei tolto 30€ al totale,personale davvero gentile e molto disponibile.

Ho soggiornato presso questo b&b a maggio 2022 , devo dire che mi sono trovato bene , b&b in centro a pochi passo da tutto quartieri spagnoli , piazza del plebiscito , ecc personale gentile e sempre a disposizione. Camere piccole ma pulite e con tutti i comfort consigliato.
