This hotel belongs to the budget comfort category. The location is very good. It is not too far to walk to the tourist attractions of the old city. It is on a main street and there is a subway station a few hundred meters away. Also close to the train station. Usually there is no service staff at the front desk (on the second floor). Before you arrive, you have to call to make an appointment, and then someone will open the door on the first floor for you and go through the check-in procedure.

⛔️ DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ⛔️ This is the kind of hotel that will stop at nothing to con people! I unintentionally made a reservation on May 1st, 2024 in the state of Napoli instead of Malta, where we are citizens. I contacted the department to let them know about this small mistake, even though I immediately cancelled the reservation ! I called the hotel's call centre multiple times to seek more assistance, but they are completely disorganised and don't even know how to properly convey basic economic concepts. I was still charged automatically after cancelling After trying to reach them multiple times, I spoke to someone named Vincenzza, who without providing a reason stated no since I didn't show up. Also promised a phone call, but neither of these ever arrived. Yes, exactly, sir, we'll take a plane and spend a few hours at a hotel lol just for fun It's evident that the booking from April 29th and May 1st was done incorrectly. Though it's understandably wonderful for everyone to have a fantastic image of their frauds, don't bother pursuing this one—it's not worth the trouble Money down the drain

Stayed here for 3 nights. Easy to get to from the airport by the airport bus, bus stop is about 7 mins walk to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We were able to check in early. Staff were very welcoming. We had a triple room which was a decent size, it was very clean. Maid service every day including daily clean towels. Room had a safe, sufficient wardrobe space, a mini fridge, TV & Air Con. I found the beds a little too firm but one of my sons thought it was vey comfortable. Breakfast was OK, sweet pastries, fresh fruit & cereals. Breakfast room was an old terrace that had been covered so it was cold in March. Only issue was the noise from the road which was 24/7 (this appears to be the same across Naples as the city is busy all the time). Given that it cost less than £100 pp including flights for 3 nights I cant have many complaints. Decent option if you are looking for a good clean hotel at the budget end of the market.

3 night stay out of season in January. Contacted prior to arrival to confirm late arrival, around 9.30pm. No problem with this and someone waiting for us inside. Taxi driver some trouble finding it simply as it's on a super long main road. Taxi around 15 mins from airport and many close by if needed. 5 min walk to Garibaldi for the circumvesuviana train to Pompeii /Sorrento, very handy! 5 mins or so from cathedral in other direction. Around 10-15 min walk from historic centre. So overall good location for both train and more interesting parts of city. Main road is busy and a little noisy at times but did not stop us sleeping well. Changed to this accommodation after previous booked hotel so many negative reviews about location. Would stay again.

Very clean rooms, but absolutely nothing fancy or “Italian “ about them. Quite modern but very plain. Rooms open right into the reception area and this can be noisy at times. Thank goodness they have soundproof windows and a quiet AC unit! as the street is one of the main streets in Napoli and extremely noisy! Breakfast is as continental as they come: yogurts, 2 kids of cereal (one is chocolate something), some bananas for fruit, juices, hard-boiled eggs, cooked ham, and processed cheese slices (I would think that this would be sacrilegious in Italy!). They did have some nice local pastry though, but didn’t even have croissants on our first of 3 mornings there. They do need to step up their Italian breakfast! The cappuccino was not bad. Having a lift was very good. Area of town was not great. A lot of migrants and the streets are filthy! It must have been a nice area once. Too bad because it’s so close to the train station. Would suggest paying a bit more and going further into the main area of Napoli.

Fantastic accommodation and a great location. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and bed clothes and towels were changed on a daily basis. Continental breakfast is normal for Italians and our breakfast was always fresh and well prepared. If you want accommodation that's a short distance from all amenities this should be your first choice. We really enjoyed our stay.
