The location is good because it's in front of the central station, but it's disappointing that it's narrow and the bathroom isn't well-ventilated.

This is a terrible hotel. The century-ish old lift (one of the ones with inner and outer doors that you can open at will) didn't work most of the time. And, when we needed to pick up our bags at 3:00 pm (in other words, the nearly universal check in time for every hotel in the world), the hotel was locked and the feont desk unmanned. We had to get someone from the pizza place next door to let us in or else we would have missed our train away from this dump.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I had a reservation for 2 nights. When we went, they gave us a room in another hotel. They came the next day and said we had to change the room. We packed our bags again and went to another hotel. Even though I paid for breakfast, they said there was no breakfast on the second day. They gave me a croissant and coffee from the cafe next door. There wasn't even water. When I asked why, they didn't even answer. Even though I paid Agoda including all taxes, they charged me 21 euros again when I left. Even though I said I paid to agoda, they didn't care. A disgraceful hotel.

Excellent hotel in a strategic position to visit the beauties of Naples. We found clean and welcoming environments with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel at home! We would like to share that we have traveled far and wide across Italy and frequented hundreds of hotels and B&Bs even abroad, having the opportunity to meet arrogant hoteliers who look at you from top to bottom as if they were almost doing you a favour. host you despite the costs of the often exorbitant and perhaps poorly maintained rooms. I booked this property with Agoda, from 8th to 10th December for my family. I had contacted the property directly to ask to book an additional room for my mother alone. First inconsistency he offers me a room in an apartment! Of course I said no. Then I set up a room for €108. The next day the hotel called me telling me that the hotel was under renovation in those days, to cancel the other rooms too. I replied that I would turn to Agida. At this point, very annoyed, he threw the phone down on me. With Agida there are sometimes 3 weeks to understand what was happening. In the end it wasn't true but only that he wanted to sell the rods at triple their price. Beware of police commissioners people!!!

Small hotel with the characteristics of a B&B located on the 3rd floor of a period building with an internal courtyard where they house another hotel and a tie factory. Small reception and room for traditional and savory breakfast with a good variety of solutions. We stayed in this hotel for Saturday and Sunday 6/7 May, you wouldn't trust the place and the building. Quite the opposite, starting with the phone call with Mr. Vincenzo to book the 2 rooms, triple and quadruple, very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the new beds, excellent cleanliness and top breakfast. Well done really, it will be our point of reference for the next .... in Naples.
