Very weak breakfast. Terrible cleaning. There was hair on the sheets. Bathroom with bad smell.

The boss is very welcoming and the breakfast is also good

I had already paid with the agency and they made me pay again telling me it was the tourist tax they cheated me of €55 a real scam 55 for 3 people they cheated us of €165 and it's a shame

Our first visit to Naples and we stayed at this hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. The first day, when asking about the breakfast schedule, they tell us that they do not offer breakfast. We spoke with the hotel manager and he told us that they have not provided breakfast since 2021, and they did not give us a solution, however, they had charged me for that service and continue to offer it on the web. We had to leave early every morning to find cafes near the area to be able to continue with the schedule of excursions that we had scheduled. If I had known, I would have booked another hotel if they offered it. The area behind the hotel is a dangerous slum. Cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, the toilet was dirty and water came out from underneath, the shower… we showered with a trickle of water, it didn't come out anymore. The moldy artichoke. The ceiling full of humidity and cobwebs. We didn't want to ask for anything else after seeing the attitude of the staff, who didn't speak a language other than Italian either. The photos on the web do not correspond to reality. In short, a scam. Totally discouraged.

Made two days for work in Naples and we chose this hotel, a little for the "tactical" position a little for the excellent offer found. Large and very clean rooms, more than decent, I must say that they exceeded expectations. Good wifi (luck, since the cellular network was not very good), empty fridge but the availability of water and drinks is on the ground floor ... I also add with a great price. Friendly staff, we were fine (considering the price paid).
