Convenient location, 20 minutes walk from the station, 10 minutes to the nearest metro, next to a store. There is no breakfast, although the reservation states that it can be ordered for a fee. Very audible neighbors. The room is a little tired, but clean. The bed frame around the perimeter is larger than the bed itself; it is not convenient to get up.

Our stay was good value for the price. The area is safe. The electrical outlets are adequate. Our balcony was a nice amenity, looking over a busy intersection that was very interesting to watch. The balcony door did insulate the room from street noise. The shower was compact. The bed mattress was flat. We arrived early at 8am. We telephoned from the street outside the location and were in the room by 10:30. The 2 hours waiting after a transatlantic flight were difficult, but that was our fault. Days before arrival, I sent messages through the ******* app and to the e-mail address listed on Google with no response. If you plan to arrive early you must have a communication response with Sansevero. Do not be like me and hope it will be available and open on an early arrival.

Excellent location for those who want to visit Naples without using the car....metro station 150m away, very central road, spacious, comfortable and clean room, supermarket, pizzeria and shops all within reach....excellent value for money.. ..Thank you kind and helpful Andrea... we will be back

We stayed here for 3 nights on the occasion of the 25th April long weekend. Structure in a fantastic location, a few steps from the historic center, and from public transport. Comfortable room equipped with every comfort. Clean and fragrant environment. Nice structure, he rested well. Room with balcony, excellent for us smokers! There is also a kitchen available for guests, we have not used it but it is equipped with everything. As soon as you leave the door you will find restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. we will return to Naples because it is an enchanting city as well as the people who live it and we will certainly stay in this b&b. B&b in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the train and metro station. The archaeological museum is a 5/6 minute walk away. A stone's throw from the cathedral, underground Naples. The health district, with the catacombs etc ... Close to the spaccanapoli, supermarket and pastry shop under the house. Andrea very kind and helpful. The location of the structure is exceptional, it is located in the heart of Naples, a stone's throw from Spaccanapoli, and ten minutes from via Toledo. The owner was really courteous, kind and friendly, with a typical Neapolitan spirit!! The room was on the small side and the decor left a little to be desired, but still fine for the price we paid. The cleaning was not exactly excellent but we immediately recovered when we saw the air conditioner, in the summer heat there was really a need. Very quiet area, perfect for avoiding the excessive night chaos of the city. See you soon!
