The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is very good, and it would be nice to have a bottle of mineral water in the room

I am not one of those people who care about what the hotel looks like from the outside, unless, of course, I'm staying on a beach or some place where you're supposed to hang out on the outside. But if the hotel is just a place to crash when you're passing by, all I care about is the location, price and the room. Napoliday has it all. Since it's not exactly a hotel, but a very big apartment converted into a b&b, the rest of the building where it's located is not too inviting. But once you enter the premises, you are at a very clean and nice place. It's located on a very charming little street right off of the Piazza Dei Martiri, very close to the sea. If you read all these stories about Napoli being loud and dangerous, well, I have to say that, being from Rio de Janeiro, it takes a little more than Napoli to scare me. I found it perfectly safe and walked the streets everywhere at any time. As for being loud, that's nonsense. New York is loud and noisy. It just happens that the italians in the south are expansive and that's one of the main draws, I think. Very charming, very warm people. So are the owners of this place, Gabriella and I forget the other guy's name. I also had one of the best cappucinos I ever had in my life here in this hotel. And I've been around Italy a bit...

Overall great experience. Check-in was super easy, check-out also super easy and the accommodation was well-maintained. Looked just like the photos! It was in a good area for walking to major attractions in Naples, but tucked down a very quiet street so I got great sleep. Building is also very secure, I never felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. Facilities are clean and having an elevator is a plus! I was only here for two nights and assumed I wouldn't get housekeeping, but my bed was made and I had fresh towels my second morning there. A few things to note...I originally booked a room advertised with a view which I didn't ultimately get...but my room did have a nice balcony that was great for letting some cool air in. It's also clear (at least in my room) that the AC unit is on the older side. I never really could quite figure out how to make it colder, but the default "auto cool" setting was enough for me to be in the room comfortably. Overall, I would consider this to be a bit more of a mid-range budget option, but the facilities were clean, comfortable, and felt really safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and really cool and clean rooms. Host Gabriella was so nice. It is in the middle of the fancy area of Naples and It had a really cool and hidden entrance. Gabriella is there for all your needs.

There were 2 air conditioning both works good as well as wifi. The bed was very comfortable and they cleaned the room daily. Checkin and Checkout was quick and professional. Many thanks to Ms Rubina for all assistance during my stay. Definitely stay again.

Excellent location, but the Bed & BREAKFAST (I stress Breakfast) is in no way worth the € 145 per night paid. Here's what we got for that figure: - Dark room (207) overlooking the atrium of a dilapidated nine-story building (room on the second floor, light on even during the day) - No breakfast (a sign invites you to use the vending machines downstairs) - Clogged shower drain - Electric short circuit in the bathroom resulting in inability to use electrical sockets all night - Rigid and noisy plastic mattress cover - FAILURE TO ISSUE FISCAL RECEIPT (not even data were requested) Total rudeness of the owner. Extreme kindness of the two girls at the reception

Starting from the assumption that it is called napoliday b & b (the name itself says it), we have not found any type of breakfast except for a fee, adding 5 € to have a poor breakfast in a bar. On Booking I looked for a 4-star hotel and I found myself at 150 € per night for a very simple room overlooking the buildings, the prices did not reflect my expectations at all! To get to the room a treasure hunt to find out how to find a room! A mini shower shampoo and a mini bar of soap, nothing else! For 150 € a night I would have expected more! Never again !

We arrived at this B&B recommended by a Neapolitan friend and the advice was perfectly timed. Excellent location in the Chiaia area, brand new and well furnished rooms, very comfortable beds, assistance both at the reception and from the service staff really excellent. We had a small shower problem which was promptly fixed. The only drawback, but I think it depends on the fact that part of the b & b is under renovation, the breakfast outside even if the coffee shop is excellent and the staff are very friendly there too. If I go back to Naples I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to that beautiful city.
