As a first surprise, when we arrived at the hotel at 11pm, we discovered that to get to the rooms there were 90 steps to climb with luggage, therefore without a lift and not signposted, no breakfast but even if you had space for the kitchen you could not consume the foods. No type of cleaning, for the change of linen you had to pay extra ..... In short, for the amount we paid so many disservices Cinzia Preta

We stayed for three nights. Courtesy of the reception staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom equipped with all accessories. Nice apartment in common places. The only downside is that there is no lift to get to the room. Central area near Santa Chiara perfect for visiting Naples. I advise

Purtroppo ovunque guardassi era tutto sporco, e se dico tutto era davvero tutto. Ogni singola cosa dentro quell’appartamento era ricoperta di polvere, peli e capelli. Le lenzuola avevano una vasta macchia gialla. Il proprietario non è stato molto cortese:l’ho chiamato per capire se potevo avere un altro contatto essendo che il numero a cui avevo scritto non rispondeva (per colpa mia che avevo il numero sbagliato), senza neanche avere avuto il tempo di spiegargli il problema o confrontarci sul numero di telefono mi ha risposto in modo per niente educato dicendomi che ci sono dei tempi tecnici e che sono io che mi agito……. poteva essere una semplice e breve conversazione ma lui ha scelto la via della poca educazione. (Peccato per il balcone bellissimo). Speriamo migliorino le pulizie perché la situazione è davvero preoccupante.

Innanzitutto bisogna sottolineare la gentilezza, l’ospitalità e la disponibilità dell’intero staff. Fin da subito Raffaele e Luigi ha manifestato disponibilità, ben oltre la loro professionalità. Le signore delle pulizie semplicemente adorabili! La struttura finemente ristrutturata e pulita, si trova in una posizione veramente strategica baricentrica ad ogni quartiere o via da visitare Io per lavoro e divertimento viaggio davvero tanto (almeno 4 notti a settimana fuori città o nazione), e in questo caso, posso certificare uno dei rapporti qualità/prezzo più centrati. Tornerò certamente alla prima occasione Un ringraziamento a tutto la squadra della Maison de charme / schiara guest House
