We checked in at the end of a 2 week family holiday for one night. Staff were friendly and rooms were fine for one night. We wanted to watch the Euro Final on the TV in the room but the staff couldn't locate the channel so my partner went to a local bar to watch the second half. He was mugged on his way back to the hotel. His room key and watch were stolen . He was not hurt but was shaken. The B&B is not manned at night so we were concerned for our security. We contacted the numbers provided at check in and were told that the attackers only wanted drug money and were unlikely to enter the premises. We did not sleep and checked out at 6.30am in the morning.

We checked in for one night at the end of our 2 week holiday. The staff were friendly and the rooms were fine. That said we could not watch the Euro Final on the TV so my partner decided to go to a nearly bar to watch the second half. On his way home he was attacked and mugged. His room key and watch were stolen. He was not hurt, but very shaken. The B&B is not manned at night and we were concerned about our security. We contacted the numbers proved on check in and were told that the attackers were only looking for drug money and were unlikely to enter the premises. We checked in with our family and could not rest until we left the following morning.

I had problems on my arrival, stood in front of their door for half an hour, buzzing the bell with no answer. It's not a hotel, as the the shouting boy who finally opened the door made clear. To be fair, the room is ok, but the staff needs training and behavior adjustment.

This little hotel/B&B in naples was well located near to the metro stations for line 1&2. We found it easy to get around and also to get the train onto the amalfi coast afterwards at Naples central station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was ample and delivered to the room each day at 9am. If we return to Naples we would stay here again!

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, although it was difficult to find the entrance (we recommend any sign or inscription with the name of the hotel), we were very warmly welcomed. We received a lot of useful information about where to eat, what to see and where to go to visit Naples. The location of the hotel is not far from the center, we walked everywhere ;) The rooms were clean, smelling good, with bathrooms visible to other guests in the room :) it was something new for us. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were clean. The only minus for us was the breakfast, we didn't mind that it was served in the room, but the same dry cake was served every day. We don't mind a real Italian, sweet breakfast , but it could be more varied. Juice from fresh Italian oranges would have been welcome, but we received a sweet concentrated juice. To sum up, the hotel is nice and pleasant, we recommend it! :)

The hotel overbooks and doesn't care. We arrived at the reception and were told that the hotel was full, despite our reservation. The staff refused to help us and the owner was very rude. Basically, they told us to fend for ourselves and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

We stayed here for 1 night in April, from the outside you feel like you’re in old Napoli with the 500 yr old door opening up to a big courtyard and a tiny European lift, once inside the rooms are spacious and modern, high ceilings, very quiet and super comfortable beds, a lovely Italian breakfast is served in your room and you have your own espresso machine. Our host Daniele was so warm friendly and helpful, location is good, we walked from Garibaldi Centrale, would definitely stay here again.

This very modern room had so many lovely extras and a snip of a price for the night, perfect for one night before an early flight home from Naples. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. Nothing was too much effort. The shower had so many options with rain shower and jets from the wall with flashy lights. Continental breakfast was left for us to take from room as departing before breakfast timing. Totally recommended
